What Brave Renewal does, what it does not do, and the terms we work under.

These terms govern your use of bravecompanies.com and, unless a signed engagement agreement says otherwise, our provision of services to you.
Who we are and what we do
Brave Renewal provides private transition coaching, home reset and interior styling, and concierge-level coordination for people navigating divorce, separation, loss, relocation or another significant life change. We operate from Denver, Colorado and work nationwide.
What we are not
This matters more than anything else on this page.
- We are not licensed therapists, psychologists or counsellors, and coaching is not therapy or mental-health treatment.
- We are not attorneys and nothing we say is legal advice.
- We are not financial advisors, accountants or real-estate brokers, and nothing we say is financial, tax or investment advice.
- We are not the mover, packer, contractor or installer. We coordinate those professionals; they are engaged separately and are responsible for their own work.
Please consult the right licensed professional for legal, financial, medical and mental-health matters. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Engagements, scope and fees
- Work begins once scope and fees are agreed in writing.
- Fees, deposits, payment schedules and expenses are set out in that agreement. Deposits reserve time in the calendar and are generally non-refundable.
- Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it is carried out.
- Furnishings, materials, vendor charges and trade purchases are additional to our fees unless the agreement says otherwise.
Scheduling and cancellation
We ask for reasonable notice to change or cancel a scheduled session or installation day. The specific notice period and any associated charge are set out in your engagement agreement. Life changes quickly in this work and we try to be flexible; we ask the same in return.
Third parties
Where we recommend or coordinate movers, organizers, contractors, installers or other vendors, we do so in good faith. They are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their work, their conduct, their pricing or any loss or damage they cause, and you contract with them directly unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, including about access, timing, budget and any constraints we need to work within.
- Make decisions that are yours to make. We advise and coordinate; final decisions about your home, your money and your life remain yours.
- Maintain your own insurance on your property and belongings.
Photography
We may photograph completed work. We will not publish photographs of your home without your written permission, and we will never identify you without it. You may withdraw that permission for future use at any time.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, photography, design, The Renewal Method™ and the Brave Renewal name and marks — belongs to Brave Renewal and may not be copied or reused without permission. Plans, schedules and documents we prepare for you are for your project only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brave Renewal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you engaged us applies to that engagement.
